What class should I take?
Spanish is fun
Spanish is fun!

Beginnners. If you have never taken Spanish before, or took some classes a long time ago, then take Beginner Spanish 1. It's a good idea to start from scratch. Spanish 1 to 5 are for Beginners. If you have some (a little) knowledge of Spanish and want to start working with the past tenses, then register for Spanish 2 or Spanish 3.

Intermediate. If you have some practice with Spanish, but you haven't heard about the subjunctive, for example (or have a vague knowledge of it), you should try Intermediate Spanish: Six 7-week sessions focused on expanding your communication skills, guided conversations and readings to expand your vocabulary.

Advanced. If you are ready to challenge yourself, review most of the grammar on your own and want to focus on learning more vocabulary and attaining oral fluency, before attending a Conversation Class, then take the Advanced Sessions: Multiple 7-week sessions focused on vocabulary expansion, practicing idiomatic expressions and conversation.

Conversation. Finally, if you feel comfortable with basic grammar, have a good vocabulary, and want to focus on expanding your speaking skills, by all means join us in The Tertulia: a series of classes focused on conversation about current topics of interest, deeper vocabulary expansion, some reading and, occasionally, pesky grammar details.
